Tire Mounter
I picked up a Harbor Freight Tire tool…
This is probably the best $50.00 I’ve spend in a long time, it really makes it a lot easier to mount and dismount tires, especially large ones, 35′s go on a 15″ rim very easily but smaller tires are more difficult (less sidewall flex).
Here is the tool itself bolted to a concrete slab (the only way to do it):
