I thought I’d post up some NASA MODIS images of smoke from the Southern California wildfires, the largest being that Station fire just to the north of me. Below you will see four images, I’ll try to remember to put up new images daily but I am making no promises.

As you are probably aware a good portion of Southern California is burning right now. While I am not close to any of the fires the air is filled with smoke here and ash is falling to the ground.Here is a MODIS photo of the smoke for today.
